Gearboxes

These angular transmissions with conics gears are suitable for the transmission of rotating motions between two shafts at right-angles.

• Available with reduction ratios: 1:1 - 1:2 in reducing (standard) - 2:1 in multiplying (on request available in version A-B-C, not availabe in version D)
• Aluminium case, anodised, stainless steel shafts AISI 303
• Torque 90 Nm
• Radial load 150 kg - axial load 15 kg
• Models:
  Version A with 2 outputs
  Version B with 3 outputs or 
  Version 
with 3 ouputs with opposite rotation
  Version D with 3 outputs, 2 through hollow shafts
• output shafts: M = male / F = female Ø20
   (see section "Overall dimensions").

• 2 outputs, weight gr. 1020; 3 outputs, weight gr. 1150.

➤ Available on request:
• Models with spiral bevel gears in versions A-B-C-Dratio 1/1. The 'SP' spiral gearboxes allow high precision, silent operation, and 30% increased output torque.

The ratio and the configuration are determined by the input shaft (always shown in the bottom of the drawing n1), the others shaft following clockwise.

 

     RADIAL AND AXIAL LOAD 
      Fr = 1500 N, radial load, is the load acting in perpendicular direction to the shaft/axise   

 

Fa = 150 N, axial load, is the load acting of the shaft/axis  

T = 90 Nm output torque

The loads acting on the shafts can be of two types (referred to the axis of the shaft): 
Fr - radial load 
Fa - axial load, when ordering specify whether the axial load is 'pull' or 'push' type. 
«The loads are generated by the items connected to the gearbox and can be created for example by the pull of belt drives, accelerations and decelerations, structural misalignments, vibrations, shocks, etc.»

 The lifetime of 10.000h considers the following conditions: 
• Applied torque = advised torque (see tables) 
• Maximum of 8 working hours per day 
• Working temperature 20 °
• No shocks 
• The spiral bevel gearboxes 'SP' allow a 30% increased output torque 

➜ In case of continuous use, please contact our Technical Dept. In such applications, a grease fitting will be installed to allow periodic addition of lubricant with a frequency based on the work conditions.
