Sliding shaft indicator

This mechanical digital indicator with sliding shaft is used for the direct reading of the distance between two elements of a machine.
By dragging the shaft, it is possible to read the value corresponding to the carried out motion.
• Die-cast casing, self-extinguishing technopolymer cover. Protection IP54.
• SIMPLEX A the measure increases with the shaft pulled downwards.
• SIMPLEX B the measure increases with the shaft pushed to the top.
• SIMPLEX 30A top view; SIMPLEX 30B tilted view; SIMPLEX 30-M with testing & return spring; max. measure 35 mm; Measure increase with shaft drawn downwards.

ASSEMBLING
The shaft must be dragged by the movable part of the machine. Remove the front door by levering it with a screwdriver to adjust the indication of the initial position (0): move the gear on the left, then rotate it and move it back to its position.
