Position indicator with hollow shaft

This is a 3 digit indicator to adjust and directly read a motion (or an angle) obtained by a drive shaft rotation, particularly suitable for little adjustments in small spaces.
     
• Shock-proof, self extinguishing technopolymer. Protection IP64. Max. temperature 80°C.
 Inclined view at 45° for horizontal shafts and for vertical shafts, excellent readabilty given by the means of magnifying window.
 3 digits counter (standard red digit indicates decimals; on request 2 red digits for hundredths or 3 black digits). Reading until 999. Digit height 6 mm
 On request special ratios and measures in Inch.
 Standard shaft hole Ø8, Ø10 or Ø12.
 Distance of anti-rotation lock-pin standard 18mm, on request 22mm.
 Hollow shaft and metalic parts (inner and external) in stainless steel as standard version.
 Colours: orange RAL 2004, black RAL 9005, grey RAL 7004, glossy finish.
 Available attachments: anodized aluminium shaft block flange, polycarbonate spacer flange, anodizid aluminium movement knob.

Introduce the indicator through the hollow shaft and set the lock pin into the ø5 or ø6 ) arranged hole. Set the instrument on the inner (zero) value and block the fixing screw.

With the shaft block flange on the OP2, OP3, OP6, OP7, OP5, OP9 indicator as a compact unity, we obtain a safe blocking of the drive shaft. Block component in aluminium:
• bore diameter ø8, ø10 and ø12 for OP2
• bore diameter ø14 mm and ø10 mm for OP3
• bore ø20 mm and ø14 mm for OP6 and OP7
• bore ø25mm for OP6F25, OP7F25
• bore ø20mm for OP5
• bore ø20, ø25mm for OP9
Other holes with a reducing bush. Handle in position a or b. Available with stainless steel flange in model FL-B OP3, bore ø14.

Flange in shock-proof technopolymer.

The motion-knob is directly assembled on the shaft of the indicators OP2, OP3, OP6, OP6F25, OP6, OP6F25.
On request stickers (neutral or with Fiama logo), which on the motion-knob’ s front shows the increase or decrease of measure wise.
Material: anodized aluminium.

The RINV-OP62 is a flanged angular gearbox that, combined with a position indicator type “OP2” allows a numeric adjustment, angular or linear, even if the shaft is in an uncomfortable position.
